 Received Cabin Filter instead of Engine Air Filter June 8, 2010

The image displayed is clearly an engine filter for the 2nd Gen Prius. The tell tale rubber gasket is how the Prius air filter is designed. What I received was a CABIN filter - one that filter the outside air prior to introduction into the air conditioning system. And while it would be cool if these were interchangeable, they are not. Seeking exchange from the vendor. Assigning one star, not based on quality of the item, but temporarily while the exchange is resolved.
Update: Seller responded to e-mail promptly and sent the correct items. All is well. Wish I could update the star rating to four stars.

When buying aftermarket auto parts, sometimes it's a crap-shoot. Will you get a high quality replacement, or did you waste your valuable time and money?
When my Prius came due for a new Air Filter, the dealership wanted 39.00 for the part and 27.50 for the labor. Sounded kinda stiff to me, so I went to the Internet for some help. These folks have VERY high quality replacement parts as well as prices that cannot be beat. I replaced the filter myself, and therefore saved enough money for a nice sushi dinner for my wife and I.
This was quite a great buying experience.
